Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is great for families to enjoy together or for serious swimmers to get some well deserved lengths, and the wide seating area around the pool allows guests to relax after their swim or after using the poolside spa bath.

Fully Equipped Gym
The adjoining gym, offers a wide range of health equipment which includes: treadmill, cross trainer, rowing machine, bicycle and further multi gym with weights and with the spa bath close by you can easily move from one area to the other as part of your personal workout routine.

Other Facilities
Guests may also enjoy the large games room with snooker and pool tables, table tennis and carpet bowling to make sure all ages are entertained during their stay at North West Castle.

Indoor Curling Stranraer Ice Rink

The hotel’s very own indoor curling rink with superb viewing from the Alpine Bar, Lounge and Restaurant, is well known all over the world and regularly hosts national and international competitions as well as leisure curling weekends throughout the winter curling season. Beginners to the Roarin’ Game are welcome and breaks with curling lessons included can be arranged.

Corporate days out and residential stays including Curling, can be organised to suit any number of delegates from 2 – 100.
