Seventy of the en-suite rooms are within the main hotel building, with three in a separate annexe. All rooms have the following as standard:
- Freeview television channels
- Tea and coffee-making facilities
- Wifi
- Ensuite bathroom
- Desk workspace
Room Service is available and all guest rooms in the main hotel are accessible by lift.
Guests have free use of the hotel leisure facilities, and curling on the indoor ice rink is available from October to April. You are welcome to try the game, but it’s also great fun to watch from the comfort of the Alpine Bar and Restaurant. A supplement is charged for guests who wish to participate in curling.
Dogs are welcome in all the rooms however there will be a small charge of £10.00 per dog per night.

These rooms all enjoy the view of Loch Ryan and Ailsa Craig, across the old ferry port, while also offering additional features.
There are rooms with Loch facing balconies, four poster bed and even separate lounge areas.
