Seventy of the en-suite rooms are within the main hotel building, with three in a separate annexe. All rooms have the following as standard:

- Tea and coffee-making facilities
- Wi-Fi
- Ensuite bathroom
- Desk workspace
Room service is available, and all guest rooms within the main hotel are accessible by lift.
Guests enjoy complimentary use of our leisure facilities. Curling is available on our indoor ice rink from October to April and must be booked in advance, with an additional charge to participate. During its October-to-March opening season, the Alpine Grill Restaurant & Lounge offers a comfortable place to watch the action on the ice.

Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am.
Accessible Bedrooms
We have two accessible bedrooms, each available with a double or twin bed arrangement. Both feature wider doors and a wet room with grab rails.

Dog-Friendly Rooms
We’re happy to welcome dogs in a select number of our bedrooms. Due to limited availability, we kindly ask that you contact us directly to ensure we can allocate a suitable room for you and your pet.
Please note, there is a small charge of £10 per dog, per night.
While dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or bar areas, you’re very welcome to dine with your pet in our comfortable Drawing Room.

Located at the front of the hotel, these rooms enjoy a view of Loch Ryan and Ailsa Craig, across the old ferry port.

Our Loch View Plus rooms overlook Loch Ryan and Ailsa Craig, across the old ferry port, and offer additional features that vary by room. These include loch-facing balconies, four-poster beds or separate lounge areas.
