The area is also dog friendly, making it ideal for guests exploring with four-legged companions. Afterwards, return to the inn for a well-earned drink or a hearty meal.

We’re only about 3½ miles (around a 10 – 15 minute drive) from the castle, making us perfect for pre-visit drinks, a hearty lunch, or a relaxed dinner after exploring the house, gardens, and estate. If needed, we can also arrange taxis for you to make your journey to and from Highclere Castle easy and stress-free, so you can focus on making memories.
