Jack Russell Inn

Faccombe, South East, Hampshire

Overview

Set within the peaceful hamlet of Faccombe, between Newbury and Andover, The Jack Russell is a beautifully restored country inn at the heart of the Faccombe Estate. With 11 welcoming bedrooms, a characterful bar, seasonal food and lovely gardens, it is a place to eat, drink, stay and unwind in the Hampshire countryside.

The pub is proudly dog-friendly, with a warm welcome for both two-legged and four-legged guests.

The Jack Russell is also a memorable setting for gatherings of every kind, from intimate private dinners and milestone birthdays to weddings and full-site celebrations. With exceptional food, relaxed hospitality, beautiful surroundings and flexible spaces, each event can be shaped to feel personal to you.

Sustainability plays an important role here, with menus shaped by produce from the Estate where possible, from seasonal game in autumn and winter to orchard fruits in the summer months. The pub is also powered by natural energy from the Estate’s wind turbine, supported by a woodchip biomass system using wood from the surrounding woodland.
