Bedrooms
Each of the 22 bedrooms at The Lugger is adorned with crisp linen and Portuguese woods, creating a contemporary and intimate feel. Every bedroom comes equipped with an en-suite bathroom, with either a shower over the bath or a walk-in shower.
Many boast stunning views of the sea or harbour, while some feature a balcony or terrace with spectacular panoramic views. The Lookout, set in a converted boathouse just 40 yards from the main house, features a shower room, TV and stunning sea views.
Fancy a lie-in or simply not ready to leave? Subject to availability, late check-out can be arranged until 1:00pm for £30 per room.
Additionally, a range of three private cottages is available for guests seeking greater seclusion, space and freedom. In particular, the three-bedroom Cobb Cottage features self-catering facilities, a generous lounge and breathtaking panoramic views.
Family stays and additional guests
Selected Terrace, Superior and Sea View double rooms can accommodate a Z-bed for a child under 12, at an additional £25 per night. These rooms accommodate a maximum of three guests, including the child. Availability is limited, so please contact the hotel before booking to arrange a suitable room.
The Junior Suite accommodates up to three guests using its sofa bed, which is suitable for an adult or child. An additional charge of £25 per night applies for the third guest, with no age restriction.
For larger families or groups, Cobb Cottage accommodates up to six guests.
Middle Cottage (two guests):
This beautiful newly refurbished one bedroom cottage is located a short walk from the main house, with a separate living area with a TV, an upstairs double bedroom, and a separate bathroom with shower. Middle Cottage also boasts a private terrace you have the best view over the harbour. BOOK NOW
Beach Cottage (two guests):
The latest addition to The Lugger’s portfolio, Beach Cottage is a stunning refurbished property, set over two floors. Featuring an open plan living area, a spacious double bedroom upstairs, as well as a roll top bath overlooking the bay and separate en-suite shower room. Cobb Cottage (six guests):
A true coastal bolthole, this boutique cottage features three en-suite bedrooms and is entirely self-catering. Refurbished with stunning décor throughout, an open plan lounge, diner and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and washing machine.
Ample bay windows offer panoramic sea views, while the upper ground floor hosts one twin bedded room with spacious en-suite shower. Moving upwards, the second floor houses two further double bedrooms, one of which features an en-suite shower, with the other boasting a large bathroom and over bath shower. All rooms have striking sea views, while a staircase at the rear of the property leads to a garden and fantastic panorama overlooking the harbour.
