Yes. We have 24 private parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis at £10 per day. Spaces cannot be guaranteed. Public parking is also available nearby; please check local signage for charges and restrictions.

Check-in is from 3pm, and check out is by 10am.

Yes. We serve a full Scottish breakfast alongside a selection of continental options, all available buffet-style. Breakfast is served daily from 7:30am to 9:30am.

Yes. Our restaurant serves dinner from 6pm to 9pm and welcomes both hotel guests and non-residents. Guests staying with us can arrange dinner reservations when booking their stay or at reception on arrival. Non-residents should contact us to enquire about a table.

Our bar opens from 2pm to 11pm between April and September. Reduced, variable opening hours apply from October to March; please contact us for current times.

Yes. We welcome dogs in a limited number of bedrooms, with a maximum of two dogs per room at £20 per dog, per night. Please contact us before booking to check availability and arrange your dog’s stay.

Dogs must not be left unattended in bedrooms and are not permitted in the restaurant or breakfast room.

We do not have dedicated accessible bedrooms or specially adapted easy-access showers.

There are steps at our main entrance. An alternative ramp entrance leads to the basement, where guests can access the lift. However, steps along many corridors mean that the lift does not provide step-free access throughout the hotel.

Yes. We have four family rooms, each with one double bed and one single bed, accommodating up to three guests. Please contact us before booking if you have any particular family accommodation requirements.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including our bedrooms and public areas.

We have a restaurant, bar and comfortable lounge areas, alongside complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Limited private parking is available at £10 per day on a first-come, first-served basis.

We also offer family rooms and a limited number of dog-friendly bedrooms, which must be arranged in advance.

Our location on Oban’s esplanade makes us a convenient base for exploring the town and Scotland’s west coast. Local attractions include Oban Distillery, McCaig’s Tower, Dunollie Museum, Castle and Grounds, and Glencruitten Golf Club.

You can also explore Oban’s shops and harbour or plan an island excursion using local ferry and boat services. Check routes, sailing times and availability with the operator before travelling.
