There are two restaurant options at Cotswold House, as well as dining available at sister property The Noel Arms directly opposite.
The juxtaposition of the relaxed bistro area and sophisticated Fig restaurant creates a two-concept dining experience.
During the Covid-19 pandemic we have to ensure tables are spread further apart for everyone’s safety. To facilitate this we have closed theFig so we can spread out the Bistro operation in to this space where required. We are still serving afternoon tea as usual.
Of the two dining spaces at Cotswold House, The Bistro On The Square provides the perfect informal setting in which to enjoy sharing platters, tapas, as well as a range of snacks and daily specials, while Fig Restaurant, encapsulates fine dining and enables the hotel’s dedicated and highly talented kitchen team to demonstrate their considerable flair and imagination.
The kitchen team take their inspiration from the generous local larder and source ingredients from passionate producers based nearby, from which they buy fantastic ingredients such as local cheeses, wholesome fresh breads and quality meats from the Cotswolds region.
The Bistro has an informal atmosphere and is open seven days a week serving a range of sharing plates as well as every-changing specials. The Bistro Bar offers a wide range of wines by the glass, as well as an enviable Gin selection and Gin tastings available . A cocktail list is also on offer, with a choice of classics or something new to try.
The tranquil ambience also makes Cotswold House ideal for morning coffees, light lunches, afternoon teas, weekend brunches and dinner with friends, and is further enhanced by excellent service
