Home to lovingly-prepared, honest food, our onsite café welcomes hotel residents and non- residents alike. In the mood for some al fresco dining? You’ll be hard-pressed to find a better venue than our stunning terrace. Indoor seating is also available.

Blue’s is open from 11am – 2pm every day.

Our Restaurant

For quality dining with arguably the best views in the Channel Islands, look no further than our sea view restaurant. With a daily-changing menu which showcases Jersey’s excellent produce from both land and sea, you’re bound to be spoilt for choice. Our friendly restaurant team looks forward to serving you soon!

We offer a la carte dining every evening from 6pm to 9pm.

Breakfast

If you want plenty of fuel for the day’s adventures, nothing beats a Biarritz breakfast. Served in our sea view restaurant, there’s so much to tuck in to; from our delicious plated full English breakfast, to fresh fruit and cheeses, and everything in between. Enjoy your everyday favourite or try something new – the choice is yours.

Non-residents are also welcome to make breakfast reservations.

Sunday Lunch

Join us for our popular plated Sunday lunch, served between 12pm and 4pm in our sea view restaurant.

Enjoy three courses for £29.95, or two courses for £24.95.
