Thursday 31st December
Arrive to a warm Highland Welcome from 3pm and settle into your room.
Tea, coffee and home baking will be served in the lounge throughout the afternoon.
Hogmanay Gala Dinner & Ceilidh Party – Dress for the occasion and join us for a celebratory four-course Hogmanay Gala Dinner, featuring the finest local seafood, Highland beef and seasonal Scottish produce.
After dinner, the celebrations continue in Seumas’ Bar with a lively evening of traditional music, dancing and festive cheer. Our local ceilidh band will guide guests through the dances, so everyone can join in, whatever their experience.
As midnight approaches, raise a glass with fellow guests as a fireworks display welcomes the arrival of 2027, followed by a traditional rendition of Auld Lang Syne.
Bar service will continue into the early hours, with traditional Highland stovies served later in the evening.
New Year’s Day – 1st January
Lazy New Year’s Breakfast & Brunch – Ease into the first day of the year with a hearty Scottish brunch, served from 9am until midday.
New Year’s Day at Leisure – Enjoy one of Skye’s famous winter walks, take in the dramatic Cuillin views or simply relax and unwind after the previous night’s celebrations.
Take time to explore the surrounding landscape, enjoy a dram beside the fire or visit Seumas’ Bar to sample one of Scotland’s most extensive whisky collections.
New Year’s Day Dinner – In the evening, enjoy a relaxed three-course dinner showcasing local seafood, game and Highland produce.
Departure Day, Saturday 2nd January
Enjoy a final Full Scottish Breakfast, served until 10am, before bidding farewell to Skye and beginning the New Year refreshed and inspired by one of Scotland’s most remarkable landscapes.
