Saturday 9th & Friday 29th March – Silent Movie Murder
Fading silent movie star Gerda Loynes is expecting to throw a party to celebrate her latest award but tonight the award has gone to the woman stealing roles that would once have gone to Gerda and she’s stealing Gerda’s husband too. Just how far will Gerda go to save her once glittering career and her marriage too. Will she resort to murder or does someone else have a motive for a silent movie murder.This is set in the 1920s so come dressed in glitteringly glamorous style.
Friday 26th April – Murder & The Millionairess
You are invited to the 21st birthday party of twins Greta and Ottilie Lovelace, the night before Greta inherits £9.7 million from a recently deceased wealthy aunt…if she lives long enough.Ottilie is delighted that her older sister, by just a few minutes, is about to come into a fortune but their stepmother has different ideas. The wealthy aunt died in a break-in gone wrong, an unsolved crime that you need to solve and fast because this 21st birthday party is going to be murder!
Friday 3rd and Saturday 18th May A First Class Murder
Join the first-class passengers as they board the unsinkable Titanic heading for New York but not everyone is as they seem. Secrets are about to be revealed, blackmail and revenge are being served up with dinner and a killer is stalking the decks. Everyone has a motive for murder but who will be bumped off first. Mrs Clementine Nokkham-Dedd is taking her daughter, Eglantine, to seek a suitable husband in New York but Eglantine has other ideas. Tonight they will dine at the First Officer’s table with people they have never met before, people they will get to know very well when a body is discovered and accusations begin to fly.

September 6th and 21st – Murder By The Book

It’s 1926 and the Queen of Crime is missing. The staff at Lumley Castle Hotel are all agog with the news and they’re convinced the woman sitting writing her novel in the corner is the real Christie! When a murder occurs, it seems to have come straight from the pages of her book. From fiction to fact and it looks as though one of the guests is committing murder!

October 18th – Murder Is Frightful

You are invited to spend the night in a haunted house…if you dare. Wealthy recluse Madden Batty was found dead on the doorstep of her home, Haunts Hill House. Your invitation offers you a chance to share in her inheritance but not everything is as it seems, and you’ll soon be investigating a murder.

November 8th and 23rd – Murder & Sparkling Wine

Lord Jolyon Jape is hosting the annual Lumley Castle party but there’s an uninvited guest, a Bulgarian ballet star who is not all he seems and a body in the library! Meet a Countess, a ballet dancer, a former maid and his Lordship in this classic-style murder mystery.
Set in 1932 and Lumley Castle is Lord Jolly’s home for the night.
