Our daily brunch menu (served between 10am and midday) provides our guests with a slow and indulgent start to the day without the hustle and bustle of breakfast.
During the summer months, you can enjoy brunch in our stunning courtyard or during cooler weather, snuggle in front of a roaring fire in the Library Bar Lounge.
Brunch is available as part of our accommodation package or can be bought on arrival if you’re on a room only rate.

Surrounded by the Castles stunning medieval architecture, the outdoor covered den is open all year-round with a fireplace and blankets to keep guests warm on colder evenings.
Alongside an impressive selection of Cuban cigars the Cigar & Fine Spirits Den offers cocktails, spirits, fine wines and Champagnes, as well as light dishes served until late. Cognac lovers will appreciate the Frapin and other luxury spirits we have perfectly matched to the Cigar of your choice.
