Arundel Wetland Centre

Set in the splendor of the South Downs; adjacent to the River Arun; overlooked by the historic Arundel Castle skyline this gorgeous wetland reserve is a great place for a great day out in West Sussex for the whole family. Arundel Wetland Centre is home to a collection of over 50 species of wildfowl from around the world in natural settings, on display 364 days a year so there is always something to see. This gorgeous nature reserve has boat rides and an amazing reedbed boardwalk.

Arundel Cathedral

Built astride a hill the Cathedral sits majestically, overlooking the ancient town of Arundel and stands out as an inspiring landmark in West Sussex. Henry, 15th Duke of Norfolk, Earl Marshal, was responsible for the commissioning of the present building in December 1868. The architect was Joseph Hansom, known principally for invention of the Hansom Cab, who had designed a variety of Catholic churches, convents and other buildings.Chichester Cathedral

Bognor Regis and the South Coast

Bognor Regis is a traditional seaside resort and is less than 20 minute drive from the Avisford Park. It has a bustling town centre within walking distance of the seafront. Regular Markets are held in the town throughout the year. Other beaches along this part of the south coast include Climping, Littlehampton and Worthing.
