Rooms and suites are designed to create a sense of serenity, calm and a restful destination for our guests. Warm and natural schemes, have contemporary four-poster double beds, timeless design classics and hand-crafted pieces in the minimalist contemporary rooms.
All have marble bathrooms with heated floors and either a full shower, or bath and shower combination complemented by Natural Remedies vegan-friendly plant-based amenities with organic extracts.
Guests are able to choose from taking breakfast in the restaurant or ordering from our Rise & Shine in room menu.

Junior Suites (average 28 square metres) feature:
• The most spacious bedrooms several with access to a private terrace – perfect for families and dogs.

Accessible Rooms
La Suite West is committed to ensure that the facilities are accessible to all guests equally. There is accessible parking outside the building and accessible rooms allow a wheelchair turning circle at each side of the bed and within the bathroom. The hotel is fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act and has the following facilities to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay:
- Step free access to ground floor entrance to the hotel with Doorman on hand to assist
- Ground level reception and check-in desk
- Ground floor accessible bedrooms through the hotel
- Lift access to accessible bedrooms on other floors
- Assistance dogs welcome
- Restaurant and toilet are fully accessible on the ground floor
- Bathrooms with shower chair, low sink and grab rails, toilet with grab rails
- Towels and other bathroom supplies have been placed at an accessible height
- Emergency pull cords x 2 – one by the shower, one by the toilet
- Bedside emergency pull cord – both sides
- Turning space for wheelchair at either side of the bed
Junior Suites are an average of 20 square metres to 28 square metres
Some of the rooms have a separate seating area, The restaurant is accessible from Reception, Private Terrace is accessible by ramp from pavement.
Family Rooms (average 28 square metres) feature:
• Rooms accommodate 2 adults and a child
• Cots are provided for babies
• The sofa bed converts to a bed suitable for a child of 12 years of age.
• Children under 12 eat breakfast for free

Dog Friendly Rooms
4 pawed friends are accommodated in specially appointed rooms and they are able to join their well-behaved humans in the restaurant for breakfast. Each pampered pooch has their own bowl, eco-friendly bed and organic treats to welcome their waggy tails.
