Employee Discounts:

1. 50% discount on bed & breakfast.
2. 50% discount on food and beverage during your stay*
   
   *Please note: Beverage discount is only applicable when accompanying a full meal in the Hotel’s restaurant.

Family and Friends Discount:

1. 25% discount on bed & breakfast.

How to book:

1. Choose a participating Hotel from the ‘Stay Away Hotel List’ and book via the Bespoke Website using the unique promotional codes displayed at your hotel.
2. To validate your booking, you will be required to add your name, payroll number and hotel details in the comments field (friends and family will also have to provide your details). Please ensure you have this ready when you are making your booking.
    

Terms and Conditions:

• Bookings must be made on the specific staff or friends and family rate plans, discounts will not be applied to standard rate plan if these are booked instead.
• These rates only apply where there is room availability and may be closed by hotels during peak periods.
• Please note, inappropriate use of the Team Member Stay Away scheme may result in your becoming ineligible for future participation in the programme and other appropriate disciplinary action.
