The Spey Inn is situated in the heart of Speyside, making it a strategic destination for fly fishing enthusiasts, travellers in between distillery tours, and hotel guests wanting to enjoy its magical and timeless atmosphere.

We are the proud home of Copper Dog Whisky, and we serve amazing food and drink in a friendly atmosphere. We use locally sourced ingredients expertly prepared by our passionate team.

A celebration of Speyside’s remarkable heritage, whisky woven into every course, and the warmth of Scottish hospitality. Chef Pawel Sowa and the team have poured their passion into every element of the seven-course tasting menu, honouring the region’s finest game, fish, and produce. From our chef’s signature dish, Fermented Barley, born from years of refining whisky cuisine to River Spey with cured pike and smoked trout mousse, each course tells a story of place and craft. Whisky is not simply paired here; it shapes and layers the flavours, becoming part of the dish itself. Your experience at GEAMAIR is more than a meal; it’s a journey through the landscape and heritage that inspire every dish.
