Provisionally booked rooms can only be held for 7 days without a deposit. After this time, the rooms will be released for resale. Prices per person, per stay: Based on two people sharing a room includes VAT. A non-refundable 20% deposit will be required to secure your booking. The final outstanding balance is due by 10th November 2025. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the booking is made after the 10th of November 2025, full payment will be required. We advise all guests to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any cost in the event of a cancellation. Any charges incurred during your stay are payable upon departure. We require all food pre-orders by the 1st of December 2025. Menu will be confirmed and released in due course.

Most of our bedrooms can be twinned upon request. All rates are based on double or single occupancy, 3rd person occupancy and child supplement available on requests – subject to availability. Dogs are priced at £20.00 per night. Minimum of a 2-night stay required.

1 Night New Year’s Eve Package

On Wednesday 31st December 2025, arrive at your leisure with check in from 3pm. Join us for a Champagne and Canapés Reception, followed by a formal dinner in our restaurant. After dinner, join in with music from our resident DJ and dancing, to see the New Year in our Montrose Suite.

In the morning, start the New Year with our wonderful, traditional English breakfast served from 8.30am to 10.30am.

NOT READY TO LEAVE THE COTSWOLDS YET? Forget the driving, relax, and enjoy the start of 2025! Stay with us an extra night on 1st January from only £170.00 bed and breakfast for two. Most bedrooms can be twinned upon request. There is a £20 supplement for dogs per room per night (subject to availability). Please contact our reception team directly for rates of children under 12 years.
