BESPOKE GIFT VOUCHERS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gift vouchers entitle you to a discount equal to its value off the total price of your booking. Bookings must be made directly with the hotel, or our central reservations office, and third-party booking platforms cannot be used for voucher redemption. All reservations are subject to availability. You must quote your voucher number at the time of booking, and a credit card number may be required to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance must be settled directly with the hotel. This voucher holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given if the voucher value exceeds the total booking amount. Once issued, vouchers are non-refundable.
Bookings using a gift voucher must be completed before the expiry date noted on the voucher. The expiry date is 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost and are non-transferable. Photocopies will not be accepted. Monetary gift vouchers cannot be split to settle accounts in more than one Bespoke Hotel, nor can accounts be transferred.
