Enjoy a delightful afternoon tea with shortbread, followed by a chance to relax an meet your fellow guests in the atmospheric Green Lady Bar. As evening falls, indulge in a delicious three-course dinner served in the elegant Turrets Restaurant. Afterward, join the castle team for mulled wine and a captivating history and ghost tour, offering a glimpse into the castle’s storied past.
31st December 2024 – Hogmanay
Begin your day with a hearty full Scottish breakfast, before exploring the breathtaking beauty of Ross-shire. Return to the castle in the afternoon for a Champagne reception. Enjoy a sumptuous festive dinner in the Grand Hall, seated at party tables with fellow guests. Throughout the evening, experience the thrill of traditional Highland dancers and the sounds of a Scottish piper. As the clock strikes midnight, dance your way into the New Year with music from our resident DJ, with celebrations continuing into the early hours.
1st January 2025 – New Year’s Day
Ease into the New Year with a lazy morning breakfast, served until noon, and enjoy a glass of Bucks Fizz to toast to new beginnings. For those looking to start the year with adventure, take part in a guided trek to the nearby Caisteal Gorach Folly or follow in the footsteps of Viking history along the Dingwall Heritage Trail. Later, return to the castle for a traditional Black Bun with tea or coffee. The fun continues with a treasure hunt and quiz around the castle, with prizes for the winners!
2nd January
As your Highland escape comes to an end, savour one final three-course dinner in the Turrets Restaurant. After a hearty breakfast the next morning, we bid you farewell, wishing you safe travels as you return home with wonderful memories of your New Year at Tulloch Castle.
