Lunch is served in the Orangery, and there is an all-day lunch menu with items that can be ordered to any of the lounge areas, and to outdoor areas such as the Sun Terrace and Courtyard.
Afternoon tea
A sumptuous, traditional afternoon tea is served from 12 – 4pm in the Orangery or Sun Street lounges.
Dinner
The team have created a stunning menu of modern British cuisine with a focus on seasonal, fresh produce from carefully curated suppliers for the 40-cover Modern British restaurant at Sun Street. The elegant, wood-panelled dining room is in an L-shape that ensures an intimate, discreet feel for every table, while the naturally-lit Orangery outside Courtyard is a wonderful, buzzing space on warmer days. The wine list is an engaging range of Tuscans, California Reds and Old World.

There is a 24-hour room service menu.
Lounge areas and bar
The ‘public’ area of the Hotel is a labyrinth of rooms including the Club Room, Library, Bar at Sun Street and the Orangery, and there is also a first-floor Sun Terrace where you can take drinks and light lunches.
No single area, other than the Restaurant at Sun Street, accommodates more than about 20 people, and so you can enjoy a drink, a cocktail and convivial moments with your family, friends or colleagues. But you will always be able to find a quiet corner to focus on a book, a newspaper or your work. There are sofas to sink in to, window-seats to gaze from, and bar-stools to perch on.
