With two private suites to choose from (Restaurant and Ballroom) for your wedding breakfast and evening reception, the choice is yours ,depending on the size and budget for your party. Whatever you choose you can be sure your special day is just about you as the hotel will only host one wedding per day.
Options include the recently refurbished Ballroom which holds up to 200 guests and features a stage for live music or disco if required. Menu ideas for your reception can be offered from extensive Banqueting Menus, which have been carefully selected to offer great choice and variety and to suit different tastes and budgets. Alternatively, if you want to personalise your reception the hotel will work with you so that you can add some of your own flair and style to the occasion.
The Royal Hotel is a popular location for Civil Ceremonies. Bespoke touches can make every aspect of your day truly memorable for you and your guests, from the vows and readings to your choice of music, colour schemes and themes. Room Hire is charged for the Restaurant or Ballroom that the ceremony will be held in, seating for 90-150 guests To arrange your Civil Ceremony you will need to check availability with the Hotel and the Registrars Office.
