To make the most of your stay, we have reviewed and implemented health and safety measures to ensure the well-being of our guests and team members. Please take a few moments to familiarise yourself with the below, so you can enjoy your stay with us.

Arrival & Departure

  • Hand sanitiser for your use and perspex screens have been placed on all reception desks for your protection.
  • Room keys will be sanitised between each guest.
  • Where possible, contact-free payment methods are encouraged and will be used.

 

Bedrooms

  • All sundry items such as table top stationery and signage have been scaled back from the rooms.
  • To continue to protect both you and our team, servicing of your room will only happen on request during your stay. Should you require fresh linen or towels, tea and coffee, please do not hesitate to ask at reception and we will be happy to assist.
  • Rooms are deep cleaned between guests with a focus on all hand-contact surfaces. All linen and towels will be washed with additional cleaning agents.

 

Public Areas

  • Hand sanitiser stations have been placed throughout the hotel for your use.
  • We will continue an increased the cleaning schedule in all public areas, focusing particularly on high-touch areas such as door handles and lift buttons.
  • We encourage guests to continue to wear face coverings in all our public areas unless seated.

 

The Bar & Restaurant

  • To manage expectations during busy service times, you may be asked to reserve a time for breakfast and dinner at check-in to reduce the risk of overcrowding in the restaurant.
