THE LAIR RESTAURANT & BAR
You’ll love the dynamic, inventive, Brooklyn-inspired menu at the 120-cover Lair diner. The theatre-style kitchen and servery make this a busy, buzzing, interactive experience where you can see and sense and smell your food being prepared, in a way that heightens the anticipation and appetite. There’s something for everyone on the menu, including vegan-friendly options.
There’s an all-day menu as well as à la carte for lunch and dinner, and a full range of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails.
A special Brooklyn take on Afternoon Tea – juicy sliders, stuffed mini bagels and fruit shakes – and a ‘Classic’ option are served from 12-4pm.
Breakfast: 7-10am Monday to Friday, 7.30-10.30am Saturday and Sunday
Brunch: Saturdays only 12-4.30pm
Daytime menu: 11.30am through to 9.30pm
Afternoon Tea: 12-4pm
Dinner: 5.30pm to 9.30pm (last orders at 9.15pm)
THE GRANDSTAND
At the hub of Hotel Brooklyn Leicester is a unique, vibrant living/working space called The Grandstand. The name is a nod to our sporting neighbours, of course, but the vibe is all Brooklyn – an area for social movies and acoustic nights, small gatherings, laptop working, filled with big comfy sofas and rich patterned armchairs. Lie back, read, enjoy a record from our own collection, order up an Atlantic Pale Ale or a Brooklyn Rickey and enjoy the action.
