The menus change regularly in the fine-dining restaurant, and a reservation is recommended whether you are booked into the hotel or dining as a guest. There are also bar and lounge menus if you want to eat less formally, or if you want a traditional English tea or pre-dinner drinks and snacks.
The hotel is surrounded by Somerset farmland which means that much of the food – from meat to veggies to herbs – is locally produced.
The Cider Barrel Bar is a unique place to enjoy Somerset’s most famous beverage, a glass of bubbly or a warming whiskey, and is open to non-residents.
The interconnected dining rooms and conservatory can seat up to 60 people for family celebrations, weddings and other private parties for both business and leisure.
